Office Manager.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our bustling studio. Based out of our Hampshire barn, you’ll be responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly every day, helping our directors, our client services and creative teams with what they need.

What you’ll do

• Action the day-to-day admin of the studio, from calls to meeting notes
  Be the friendly face that welcomes our clients and visitors
• Manage our directors day-to-day diaries, including travel and expenses
• Keep the studio environment and facilities in good shape and well-stocked
• Liaise with our contractors e.g. IT to utilities

Who you are

• You’re a real people-person who thrives when helping their team
• You’re a natural organiser with a real knack for spinning lots of plates
• You’re unafraid to get stuck in and influence your team
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the likes of Monday.com
• You have 1 or more years experience as an Office Manager or PA within the creative industry.

Where you’ll be

Work from anywhere for up to 2 days a week, and 3 days from our studio in Bramley. This role will be Monday–Friday, 9am to 1pm.
